Citizens Bank Park Having completed the original construction of Citizens Bank Stadium in 2004, our team members were pleased to return for the planned off-season renovations designed to take the fan experience to the next level. Completed in phases over two years, we closely collaborated with the Phillies and the design team to ensure that the ballpark was ready for action during baseball season.
Free Library of Philadelphia, Parkway Central Branch Renovations When renovation plans began in earnest in 2006, the Parkway Central Library building was only 35% accessible to the public. Today, 68% of the building is now usable with 41,000sf of new community space developed in the area that previously housed the library’s impressive book stacks.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art Core Project Since 2004 we have been partnering with the team at the Art Museum to conduct numerous renovations as part of their master plan to modify and renovated the historic building, and we were delighted when they trusted us with executing the latest and most delicate phase of Frank Gehry’s Master Plan - known as the Core Project - for the historic landmark museum.
Philadelphia Museum of Art From the Perelman building to the Core Project, we are proud of our ongoing relationship with the Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA). In 2007 LF Driscoll began restoration and renovation work of the terracotta, stone facades and roof elements on the museum main building.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art – Ruth and Raymond G. Perelman Building We are proud of our ongoing relationship with the Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA). The Perelman building was one of LF Driscoll’s first large projects with the PMA, a relationship which has grown to include numerous upgrades to the main museum building and new construction alike.
Philadelphia Museum of Art – Rodin Museum and Garden From the Perelman building to the recent Core Project, we are proud of our ongoing relationship with the Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA). In 2012, LF Driscoll completed the interior restoration and renovation of the Rodin Museum, which is also under the stewardship of the PMA.
The Alexander at 1601 Vine Street LF Driscoll is proud of our relationship with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In a joint venture with Big-D Construction we also constructed the Philadelphia Temple and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Meetinghouse which are located on Vine Street just west of The Alexander.
Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts The 469,000sf Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, located on the Avenue of the Arts at Broad and Spruce Streets in Philadelphia, PA provides the city with both a concert hall and a multiuse theater. Encompassing the Verizon Hall and Perelman Theater is a four-story, 140,000sf glass and steel barrel vault roof that sits atop the cantilevered floor decks of the fourth level of the building. Unique are the 12,000sf glass curtain walls at each end, made up of more than 500 panes of glass, each pane measuring 22sf.
